The pitch maintenance work at Samsunspor's 19 Mayıs Stadium is ongoing. The stadium's pitch is being completely replaced, and a heating and cooling system is also being installed underground. The works, carried out by the Samsun Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate, include excavating the stadium's pitch by 35 cm. The heating and cooling system pipes will be replaced, and the sprinkler irrigation pipes will also be changed. Then, roll-on turf will be laid, and hybrid turf will be planted. The improvement of the pitch and other works are expected to be completed in 60 days. Samsunspor fans are eagerly waiting for the completion of these works.
